MACHINE LEARNING & AI FOR HEALTHCARE: A HIMSS EVENT
Boston, MA, June 13-14, 2019
Machine Learning & AI for Healthcare
HIMSS is accepting speaking proposals for Machine Learning & AI for Healthcare, June 13-14 in Boston.
The deadline to submit a proposal is 5 PM, Monday, March 18
Event Overview: The influence of machine learning and artificial Intelligence is being felt throughout healthcare, but with it come big challenges with technology, terminology, domain expertise, and, perhaps most daunting, how to introduce this transformative tool into existing clinician workflows.
Topics of interest: This event will look at the state of ML & AI in healthcare and separate what’s hype from what’s really happening in the field, share success stories, lessons learned, and explore the challenges.
We are particularly interested in how health systems and hospitals are deploying machine learning and AI, selecting projects, and evaluating clinical impacts; new models that show clinical value; barriers to adoption; and the reimbursement landscape.
We want sessions that share practical tips and actionable insights that our attendees from healthcare organizations can use to meet clinical and operational goals.
Clinical case studies are a key focus for this event.
No commercial content. Submissions must not promote specific products/services or be commercial nature. Likewise, if we select your submission, HIMSS has the right to request that you make modifications to keep your session within the program content guidelines.
Venodr Proposals: We do not accept submissions from vendor organizations unless made on behalf of a healthcare provide customer.
Thank you for your interest in in the Machine Learning & AI for Healthcare. If you do not hear from us by April 5, it means we did not select your proposal.
